All custom-printed orders must be confirmed by returning a completed copy of our sign-off form.
Ownership of all items remains with ID Solutions until payment has been made in full.
We have an in-house graphic designer to help guide you with your artwork & layout.
While our quotes are obligation-free, our designer's time is not. You will be charged for any design, proofs and artwork created. If your job is cancelled, we reserve the right to charge you for all the design work incurred.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, or deposit directly into our bank account.
In most cases, we require payment in advance for new customers. After two orders, we will send you our credit application form to open an account, the terms of which are paid in full, on the 20th of the month following invoicing.
This does not apply to:
New Zealand Government agencies, Local bodies and schools use a purchase order system.
We expect all accounts to be paid on the due date and reserve the right to hold further supply of goods until the account is up to date.
Our policy with unpaid accounts is to pass the debt to a collection agency after 60 days, and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.
All orders are subject to a 3% over or underrun and will be billed accordingly.
In most cases, we will send your order with either New Zealand Couriers or Peter Baker Transport and charge you on a cost-recovery basis.
Once we receive confirmation to go ahead and commit to a delivery date, we will not be able to cancel the order.
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or delayed by the courier or held up by New Zealand Customs.
If artwork is in an incorrect format, artwork charges may apply. Some minor artwork changes may be done at no cost. Please check with us; we will be happy to let you know if there will be any extra charges.
The colours of the items pictured on our website are only indicative. We use the Pantone or YMCKO colour-matching system if you require exact colour-matching.
If you are unsatisfied with the goods supplied, please let us know within 14 days of receiving them. Claims will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product provided or an error in the printing.
We will accept the return of stock items within 14 days of delivery. However, a restocking fee and courier charges will apply.
