How long before we receive our cards once we have submitted an order?
Existing Accounts: If the cards are ordered before midday, they will be sent out by courier the same day. However, we always try our best to dispatch cards on the day they arrive even if we receive them after midday.
New Accounts: Allow 1-2 days after payment is received. The ongoing orders are as above.
What price will our ongoing ID cards be? In general, pricing for ongoing cards remains the same as your first order. The price is reviewed after a year and may be changed, depending on the number of ongoing cards you have ordered.
Can I create my template online? Unfortunately, you cannot add or edit your template/s online.
Are there any ongoing charges? If your template needs to be altered or edited there is a minimum charge of $50.00 + GST.
How many users can our company have? There is no limit to the number of users. We recommend as few as possible to assist with security and accountability, we have found in most situations that one user is ideal.
Is there an ongoing cost for more users? There are no ongoing charges for extra users, but there is a one-off set-up charge of $50 + GST for each extra user.
